COMPLIMENTARY 15 MINUTE EVALUATION

A sit down with Joe (Owner: Director of Operations) or Tom Kologek (Director of Recruiting and College Placement) to discuss SB training philosophy and techniques, evaluation of an athlete’s overall baseball ability. This is also a great time to discuss training goals, program designs, expected outcomes, and what the Strictly Baseball can do to help solve and improve performance issues. Strictly Baseball is able to work with any type of budget. We can custom design a training plan for you.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Training focuses on an athlete’s individual baseball specific needs. The main focus can be placed on tweaking major and minor technical flaws that may be delaying the progression of Hitting, Fielding, Pitching, and Catching. Training will include a warm-up, video analysis, mechanical training, and approach training. Sessions last 45 to 60 minutes.

PITCHING WORKSHOP

The purpose of this course is too improve the pitcher's balance and build proper mechanics. In developing mechanics the pitcher will gain better command of his pitches and velocity.

This course primarily focuses on building the proper mechanics of the wind-up and follow-through of the pitcher's delivery.

We will go over drills that the pitchers can learn and practice over the course of the winter, which will help them achieve their pitching goals for 2010.

Course is lead by Tom Wealchlie Strictly Baseball Pitching Trainer.

Course meets one hour a day twice a week.

TEAM TRAINING

Teams are divided into groups allowing us to focus on specific skills within each group.

  • Sessions last 60 minutes.
  • Maximum athletes: 12. (price adjustments will be applied to teams with more than 12 athletes)
  • Price: $130 per session (60minute session)
Small Group Training

We at Strictly Baseball feel small groups are a great way to keep younger athletes focused and interested in training, increase the competitive spirit, and to keep it fun. We invite groups of 2 to 4 athletes in to train with us. Small groups drive down the individual cost of training to help keep it economical. Sessions will last 60 minutes.

*2SP has two baseball pitching machines and 1 softball pitching machine equip with machine pitching balls.
